These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of roamingwithkevin.com and any digital products, courses, memberships, or services offered by Roaming with Kevin ("we", "us", "the site"). By using the site or purchasing anything from us, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

Roaming with Kevin is a publication and online-education business documenting US-to-Vietnam relocation. It is run by Kevin Fairbanks, a US citizen and US Air Force veteran who relocated from Syracuse, New York to Da Nang, Vietnam. Use of the site

You may browse the site, read articles, and watch embedded videos for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, redistribute, or republish our content without written permission.

Everything on this site reflects Kevin's personal experience. Kevin is not a financial advisor, tax professional, doctor, lawyer, or licensed immigration consultant. Content is informational only. Affiliate disclosure

Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds

Paid products are sold and delivered through ThriveCart. Payment is processed by Stripe (and other payment providers as offered). By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide.

One-time digital products and consultations. Refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially consumed the content or attended the scheduled session. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order details.

Recurring memberships. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial periods. Annual plans are not refundable except where required by law.

Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices for new purchases at any time; existing subscribers keep their original price unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual property

All site content — text, images, video, course materials, downloadables — is owned by Kevin Fairbanks or its respective authors and is protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for your own relocation planning. You may not redistribute, resell, or share login credentials.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other users' accounts.
• Scrape, copy, or republish content without permission.
• Submit false or misleading information when subscribing or purchasing.
• Resell or share access to paid courses or memberships.

Third-party links

The site links to external websites we don't control. We're not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.

No warranty

The site and all content are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that information is current, accurate, complete, or applicable to your situation. Vietnamese laws, banking rules, visa policies, and healthcare options change frequently.

Limitation of liability
